Privacy Policy
Last updated:
This policy explains what information IPS: After Last Bell (“the game”, “we”) uses when you visit this website or play the game.
Information stored on your device
The game saves your progress, settings (volume, language, controls, difficulty) and best scores in your browser's local storage. This stays on your device and you can delete it at any time by clearing your browser's site data.
Google sign-in (optional)
If you choose to sign in with Google, we use Google Firebase Authentication. We receive your Google account ID, name, email address and profile picture. Your game save is stored in Google Cloud Firestore under your account so you can continue on other devices. Only you can read or change your save. You can sign out at any time; to have your cloud save deleted, contact us (see below).
Multiplayer
When you play online co-op, your chosen player name and in-game actions are sent through our game server to the other players in your room. Rooms are temporary and are not stored after the game ends.
Player counter, Wall of Praise and comments
To count players, the game stores a random ID on your device and sends it once to our server; it is not linked to your name or account. If you post a comment, your name and comment are shown publicly on the website. If you tell us you supported the team, we store the name, amount and UPI transaction ID you enter so we can check the payment; only the name and amount are shown publicly, after the team confirms it. Payments themselves go through your own UPI app — we never see your bank details. Ask us (see Contact) to remove any comment or name.
Advertising
This website uses Google AdSense to show ads on its information pages and, only when you choose to watch one, a rewarded ad inside the game (for example, to get one more attempt). Google and its partners may use cookies or similar technologies to show ads based on your visits to this and other websites. You can learn how Google uses this information at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites and turn off personalised ads at adssettings.google.com.
Third-party services
The game loads code and fonts from Google (Firebase, AdSense, Google Fonts), Cloudflare and jsDelivr, which may receive your IP address as part of normal web requests. Their own privacy policies apply.
Children
The game is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. Signing in is optional, and the game can be played fully without an account.
Changes
We may update this policy; the date at the top will change when we do.
